We'll send you a return authorization number and detailed instructions within 24 hours.
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number.
Use the prepaid shipping label (for domestic returns) or ship via your preferred method for international returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We don't offer direct exchanges due to the unique nature of handmade items. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
